The Serbian national basketball team has officially unveiled its final 12-man roster for the highly anticipated FIBA EuroBasket 2025, with none other than three-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic leading the charge.

Head coach Svetislav Pesic made the last cut following an impressive preparation campaign. Serbia rolled through its friendlies with a flawless 7–0 record, sending a clear message to the rest of Europe that they are in peak form ahead of this summer’s biggest basketball competition.

Official Serbia EuroBasket 2025 Roster:

Aleksa Avramovic, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Ognjen Dobric, Marko Guduric, Nikola Jokic, Nikola Jovic, Stefan Jovic, Vanja Marinkovic, Vasilije Micic, Nikola Milutinov, Filip Petrusev, Tristan Vukcevic.

The Eagles have soared through their warm-up games, convincingly defeating every opponent – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, and Slovenia.

Their dominance was perhaps most striking in a matchup against Luka Doncic’s Slovenia, where Serbia stormed to a 34-point victory.

Since competing as an independent nation in 2007, Serbia has already built a decorated résumé at EuroBasket, finishing as runners-up in 2009 and 2017.

Still, the one prize that continues to elude them is the European gold medal.

Their recent track record, however, suggests they are closer than ever. Serbia claimed silver at the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup and followed up with a bronze medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, where they nearly stunned Team USA in the semifinals.

With a roster brimming with superstars, depth, and international experience, many analysts consider Serbia the most complete team in the tournament.

The mission is clear: bring the EuroBasket trophy back to Belgrade for the first time.

Serbia will tip off its Group Stage campaign in Riga, facing Latvia, Estonia, Portugal, Czechia, and Türkiye.

The journey begins on August 27 at 20:15 CET against Estonia, with expectations sky-high that this team can turn potential into history.
