Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton is officially engaged to longtime girlfriend Jade Jones, capping off a rollercoaster 2025 NBA season with a personal milestone.

Haliburton announced the engagement on Instagram alongside photos of the couple celebrating the moment, with Jones commenting, “Future Mrs. What the Hali.”

The engagement comes weeks after Haliburton led the Pacers to their first NBA Finals appearance since 2000 and later undergoing surgery for a torn right Achilles suffered in Game 7 of the championship series.

The 25-year-old All-Star had one of the most remarkable playoff runs in recent history, delivering a series of clutch performances that included multiple game-winners and record-setting stat lines.

In Game 1 of the NBA Finals, Haliburton hit a go-ahead jumper with 0.3 seconds remaining to lift Indiana over the Thunder, marking the latest game-winner in a Finals matchup since Michael Jordan’s iconic shot in 1997.

Despite tearing his Achilles in the opening quarter of Game 7, Haliburton’s impact throughout the postseason was pivotal in Indiana’s Finals run.

Off the court, Haliburton’s relationship with Jones has remained a constant presence. The two have frequently appeared together at Pacers events and in social media posts over the years.

Haliburton, who was named to the All-NBA Third Team for a second straight year, will miss the entire 2025–26 season as he recovers from surgery.

The engagement signals a new chapter for the point guard, whose career trajectory has been marked by both on-court excellence and off-court leadership.
