When Myles Turner surveyed his options in free agency, one factor stood out above all: organizational clarity. Milwaukee didn’t just have stars – it had structure, belief, and ambition.

“I look at this roster, and I’ve played against these guys,” Turner said. “There’s a respect from afar – just how they go about their business. There’s a reason why guys are here.”

He’s not alone in that assessment. Gary Trent Jr., Bobby Portis, Taurean Prince, and Ryan Rollins also signed deals with Milwaukee this summer.

“They didn’t sign just to sign,” Turner said firmly. “Everybody sees the vision. I think there’s a real belief in this organization. I’ve aligned myself with that.”

It’s not just about talent, it’s about buy-in. The newcomer believes the Bucks are building something sustainable.

“This group is serious. They’re not chasing headlines – they’re chasing wins.”

Turner has played 10 seasons for the Pacers. He has averaged 14.1 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 642 regular-season games.
