While Giannis Antetokounmpo would be the far more coveted prize if Milwaukee were ever to pivot toward selling, Jake Fischer of The Stein Line points out that Bucks center Myles Turner is another name to monitor for Golden State as the Warriors evaluate trade possibilities centered around Jonathan Kuminga.

According to Fischer, Turner could emerge as a realistic target if the Warriors decide to reshuffle their roster.

Golden State’s interest in the player isn’t new.

Fischer notes that the Warriors previously explored trade constructions involving Kuminga, Buddy Hield, and Andrew Wiggins back when Turner was still a member of the Pacers, indicating that the organization has long viewed the veteran center as a potential fit.

With Golden State once again assessing ways to upgrade their frontcourt, Turner’s name resurfacing on their radar would hardly be a surprise.

Turner has played 11 seasons for the Pacers and Bucks. He has averaged 14.0 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 667 regular-season games.
