The Milwaukee Bucks have finalized a trade sending Pat Connaughton along with their 2031 and 2032 second-round draft picks to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for Vasilije Micic.

The Bucks had been actively seeking to move Connaughton for several months due to a significant decline in his performance and contributions on the court.

Micic, who split last season between the Hornets and the Phoenix Suns, averaged 6.6 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 3.1 assists while playing 19.1 minutes per game over 41 contests.

To facilitate the trade involving Mark Williams, the Suns exercised their $8.1 million contract option on Micic for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
