Mike Curtis from The Dallas Morning News provides a detailed report on Cooper Flagg’s recent trip to Dallas this week.

During his visit, Flagg had a private dinner on Tuesday evening with key figures from the Mavericks organization, including general manager Nico Harrison, head coach Jason Kidd, CEO Rick Welts, assistant general manager Michael Finley, and several other members of the Mavericks staff.

In addition to the dinner, Curtis explains that Flagg’s visit featured meetings with representatives from the Mavericks’ business operations team, giving him a chance to get acquainted with the organization beyond just basketball.

The young talent also toured the team’s training and practice facilities, gaining insight into the environment he might be joining.

A significant part of the visit was a workout session where the standout completed drills designed to assess his skills in different game situations, including shooting exercises.

According to a league source who spoke with Noah Weber of The Smoking Cuban, Flagg impressed everyone by shooting the ball “insanely well” during the workout, showcasing his remarkable shooting ability and poise under pressure.
