The Indiana Pacers edged the Brooklyn Nets 108-103 on Saturday, extending their winning streak to four games. Pascal Siakam led the way with 26 points, including eight in the final minutes, as Indiana (41-29) maintained its grip on the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference.
Myles Turner added 22 points, hitting five three-pointers, while also recording eight rebounds and three blocks. His performance came after his sister was stretchered off the court during pregame warmups.
Tyrese Haliburton returned from a three-game absence due to a back injury and posted a double-double with 16 points, 12 assists, and eight rebounds. The Pacers assisted on 32 of their 40 field goals and held a 21-8 edge in fast-break points.
Brooklyn (23-48) fought back after trailing by 20 at the end of the third quarter. The Nets opened the fourth with a 13-0 run and cut the deficit to 92-91 with 4:30 remaining, but Siakam’s late-game scoring secured Indiana’s victory.
Trendon Watford scored a season-high 26 points for Brooklyn, while Cam Johnson contributed 20 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. The Nets have now lost three straight and 13 of their last 15 games.
Indiana’s win kept them ahead of Milwaukee in the race for home-court advantage in the first round. The Pacers are three games behind the New York Knicks for the third seed as they push for their first top-four finish since 2014.
