Tiago Splitter: I know how to coach star/role players

Here’s new Chicago Bulls head coach Tiago Splitter on how past playing days in Europe and the NBA have helped him understand who he’s coaching.

“I had different versions of me as a player. Of course in Europe, I was more like a star type of player. And when I came to the NBA, I was a role player in a very good team. So I had to adapt myself and put myself in different situations where I know how a role player feel, I know how kinda like a star player feel when he got all the responsibility. So I felt like that helped me, also, to understand who I was coaching.”
