Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs endured a frightening moment during Friday night’s game against the Toronto Raptors, as he had to be taken off the court in a wheelchair after experiencing severe back spasms.

The incident occurred in the second half when Suggs fell to the floor without any contact, immediately clutching his back in visible discomfort.

Head coach Jamahl Mosley provided an update after the game, stating, ‘He was in a lot of pain,’ underscoring the seriousness of the situation.

The player is set to undergo further evaluation on Saturday to determine the extent of the injury and establish a timeline for his recovery.

Suggs’ absence would be a significant blow for the Magic, as the young guard has been an integral part of the team’s lineup this season.

The Magic are set to face the Utah Jazz on Sunday night, but it remains uncertain whether Suggs will be available or if the team will need to adjust their rotations in his absence.
