Former Detroit Pistons guard Killian Hayes has confirmed receiving offers from EuroLeague and EuroCup teams as he continues to rebuild his career in the G League.

The 23-year-old, currently playing for the Long Island Nets, remains focused on his current season despite the interest from overseas.

When asked by Sam Yip of HoopsHype about potential offers, Hayes responded, “There have been offers, the EuroLeague, EuroCup, but like I said I’m here today and I have a game on Sunday, that’s what I’m focused on.”

Hayes, the No. 7 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, has struggled to meet the expectations that accompanied his selection. After averaging 6.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 4.9 assists in 24 minutes per game for the Pistons last season, he was waived by Detroit in February.

The Brooklyn Nets signed Hayes on September 20, but he was waived less than a month later on October 19. Shortly after, the Long Island Nets acquired him, giving the young guard a chance to prove his abilities in the G League.

Since joining Long Island, Hayes has shown signs of growth. He is averaging 13.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 7.1 assists in 32.3 minutes per game.
