Besiktas has made an offer to veteran NBA center Boban Marjanovic, as reported by Meridian Sport. Marjanovic remains a free agent after his recent stint with the Houston Rockets during the 2023-24 season. In August, the Serbian center stated he was awaiting an NBA offer while considering other potential opportunities.
Should Marjanovic sign with Besiktas, it would mark his return to European basketball for the first time since 2015. Back then, he played for Crvena Zvezda, where he was a standout, earning a spot on the All-EuroLeague First Team and leading the competition in rebounding.
