Robert Griffin III supports the WNBA and won’t tolerate any hate toward Caitlin Clark.

The former NFL quarterback and ex-ESPN analyst took to social media to criticize WNBA players who seem to have an issue with the attention Clark has received since being drafted No. 1 overall this year.

Clark’s interactions with other WNBA players made headlines again on Sunday after a brief encounter with the Storm’s Skylar Diggins-Smith. Another Storm player, Jewell Loyd, avoided questions about Clark in the postgame press conference, adding to the tension.

Griffin wasn’t pleased with these apparent digs at Clark.

“It’s VERY CLEAR WNBA players are tired of Caitlin Clark getting all the shine and being the vocal point of every discussion,” RGIII wrote on X. “It’s beyond competitiveness and physical play. They don’t even want to answer questions about her. If they don’t like it, THEN STOP HER.”
