Ray Allen, the two-time NBA champion, acknowledges similarities between himself and Golden State Warriors’ sharpshooter Klay Thompson.
In an interview with Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson on Scoop B Radio, Allen expressed admiration for Thompson, stating, “I’ve always been impressed with him. I always thought that he was one of the best players in the league. He mirrors kind of the way I played.”
Thompson, 34, averaged 17.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game this past season.
However, his three-point percentage was slightly lower than usual at 38.7%, which was his second-lowest in his career.
