Chicago Bulls star DeMar DeRozan expressed his desire to stay with the team during an interview on FanDuel TV’s Run It Back.

Heading into free agency, DeRozan emphasized his fondness for the city and the organization, stating his eagerness to “take care of unfinished business.”

“The city is great, I love the city, the organization been great—it’s definitely a place I would love to return to, and take care of unfinished business,” DeRozan said.

Despite being 34 years old, DeRozan had an impressive season, averaging 24 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game.

Previously on a three-year, $81.9 million contract, DeRozan’s future with the Bulls remains uncertain, but his positive sentiments indicate a willingness to continue his tenure in Chicago.

With DeRozan’s desire to return, Bulls fans can anticipate potential negotiations to keep the star player in the Windy City.
