Deandre Ayton’s season-high 34 points propelled the Portland Trail Blazers (21-56) to a 108-102 victory over the Washington Wizards (15-63), marking their second consecutive win.

Alongside Ayton, Dalano Banton contributed 21 points, while Scoot Henderson added 19 for Portland’s triumph.

Jabari Walker’s double-double of 11 points and 13 rebounds further bolstered the Trail Blazers’ performance.

Despite a spirited effort from Washington’s Deni Avdija with 22 points and 13 rebounds, the Wizards suffered their franchise-record-tying 63rd loss.

Jordan Poole’s 20 points and Tristan Vukcevic’s 17 weren’t enough to lift the Wizards.
