The Washington Wizards (15-61) managed to secure a 117-113 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks (47-28) on Tuesday night, despite Giannis Antetokounmpo’s triple-double performance.

Despite Antetokounmpo’s remarkable 35 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists, the Bucks fell short against the Wizards, who were led by Corey Kispert’s 27 points and Deni Avdija’s 23.

Jordan Poole contributed 16 points and a career-high 13 assists for the Wizards, while Jared Butler provided a crucial lift off the bench with 17 points.

Tristan Vukcevic, a rookie from Serbia, also made a significant impact with 14 points, surpassing his previous career high.

Although Milwaukee made a late push in the fourth quarter, Washington managed to maintain their advantage and secure the victory.

The absence of Damian Lillard and Kyle Kuzma due to injuries posed challenges for both teams, but the Wizards capitalized on their opportunities to clinch the win.

Despite the loss, the Bucks remain in second place in the Eastern Conference with a 1.5 game advantage over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
