In a poignant tribute to their recently passed assistant coach, the Golden State Warriors (19-22) delivered a commanding 134-112 victory over the Atlanta Hawks (18-26) in the memorial game for Dejan Milojević.

Stephen Curry, with 25 points and eight assists, and Klay Thompson, scoring 24, led the Warriors in a powerful performance.

Playing for Milojević, Jonathan Kuminga made all 11 of his shots, matching a franchise record for most shots made without a miss, finishing with 25 points.

An emotional pregame ceremony saw both teams standing united on the sideline, listening to the Serbian national anthem played in Milojević’s honor.

Each Warrior player placed an extra jersey worn during warmups with Milojević’s name on the coaching chairs. A tribute video and photos displayed throughout Chase Center celebrated the joy Milojević brought to the team every day.

Hawks guard Bogdan Bogdanovic, a Belgrade native and former Partizan player under Milojević, scored 17 points. Dejounte Murray led the Hawks with 23 points.
