Detroit Pistons’ rookie Ausar Thompson earned high praise from Los Angeles Lakers’ standout Anthony Davis following a recent game, where the Purple and Gold recorded a 26-point win.

Reflecting on Thompson’s performance, Davis remarked, “The way he plays is so smooth. It’s like he’s gliding on the floor…Very athletic. Can score…It’s going to be fun to watch him throughout the years,” as conveyed by Mike Curtis.

Thompson showcased his potential, tallying 12 points and 6 rebounds in just 21 minutes of play.
