Macedonian national team member Vlado Ilievski (188 cm, 1980) returned back home to Union Olimpija Ljubljana, where he spent two successful seasons from 2001-2003. Experienced point guard signed 2-year deal.
Last season he played in Montepasci Siena where he was backup point guard for Terell McIntyre. In Euroleague, where they reached FF, he averaged 7.4 ppg, 1.7 apg and 1.3 spg.
Previously he played with Virtus Bologna, Lottomatica Roma, Barcelona and Partizan. He has already appeared in 110 Euroleague games and is bringing veteran leadership and experience to team who surely need this.
