Dallas Mavericks guard Jaden Hardy believes that added muscle he put on over the off-season will benefit him a great deal during his second year.

Reporter: “It seems like you added some muscle to your frame heading into this season. How important do you feel that is from a functional standpoint?”

Hardy: “I feel like that’s big, being able to go out there and play now that I’m stronger, added muscle. Being able to play against stronger guys and be able to take hits, play through contact, and finish better through contact. Getting and-ones and getting to the rim, and drawing fouls.”
