Reigning NBA MVP Joel Embiid is expected to make a trade request sooner rather than later as his patience with the 76ers could be waning down.
As per Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports, a league source revealed that the Knicks and the Heat are closely monitoring the unfolding situation surrounding Joel Embiid.
“Everyone’s circling, waiting. The Knicks and Miami are keeping an eye on everything going on,” the source said.
Recently Embiid removed Philadelphia from his X account, adding fuel to speculations about his future with the 76ers. However, NBA insider Ramona Shelburne says it was nothing than the Cameroonian center trolling as per usual.
