LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne is all set to welcome back one of its own, as 33-year-old Edwin Jackson returns to the club for the upcoming season.
Having grown up with ASVEL and made his professional debut with the team, Jackson’s homecoming marks a significant moment for both the player and the club.
In the previous season, Jackson split his time between Nanterre 92 in France and Menorca in Spain. While with Nanterre, he averaged 2.8 points in four games before moving to Menorca, where he averaged 18.2 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 20 appearances in Spain’s third division.
Jackson’s resume includes five previous seasons in the EuroLeague, playing for esteemed clubs like FC Barcelona and Buducnost VOLI Podgorica. Throughout his EuroLeague career, he has amassed 679 points in 91 games.
