Bulls star Zach LaVine has purchased a magnificent mansion in Newport Beach’s Pelican Crest community in Orange County for $34 million, as reported by Andrew Cohen of Front Office Sports.

The 11,200-square-foot property offers stunning ocean views and features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a fully updated kitchen, a bar and lounge area, a home theater, and multiple pools in the backyard.

LaVine, known for his scoring prowess, can take advantage of the mansion’s state-of-the-art amenities, including an indoor/outdoor gym with a PRX weight system, an infrared sauna, and dedicated spaces for pilates and yoga.

The 28-year-old shooting guard, who signed a 5-year, $215 million contract with the Bulls, is set to earn $40 million in salary this season. The purchase brings LaVine closer to his college roots, having played for UCLA before entering the NBA.
