The Kings locked one of their cornerstones of the franchise longterm. NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Domantas Sabonis has agreed to a renegotiated five-year, $217 million contract with the team.
Last season the 27-year-old center became an All-Star for the third time in his carer and was also selected to the All-NBA Third Team.
Last season Sabonis averaged 19.1 points, 12.3 rebound and 7.3 assists in 34.6 minutes per game, helping the Kings finish third in the Western Conference.
