The addition of Jalen Brunson to the Knicks prior to the 2022-2023 season has benefitted Julius Randle a lot. This year the 28-year-old center averaged career-high 25.1 points, 10 rebounds and 4.1 assists in 35.5 minutes per game and became an NBA All-Star for the second time in his career.

Randle praised his new teammate, saying that he made the game much easier for him.

“Maybe it’s just something about lefties. But as soon as we got on the court bro, I can speak for me,” Randle said on Podcast P with Paul George, via James Salmon of ClutchPoints. “Hopefully he said the same, but he just made the game a million times easier for me. A million times.

“Like, I didn’t have to work to every single time down the possession. You know how that is, bro. When you got to go get it every single possession, and then you on the other end, too.”
