Timberwolves center Naz Reid became an unrestricted free agent this summer. The 23-year-old player says he would love to come back to the team next season.
“I don’t really know what to expect,” Reid said, via Chris Hine, Star Tribune @ Minneapolis Star-Tribune. “Everything is coming left and right and it’s just like, I don’t know, I’m ready for the time to come, because I don’t know what to expect. I definitely would love to stay back in Minnesota, for sure. But it’s a business and everything has to play out for both parties.”
This past season Reid averaged 11.5 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 18.4 minutes per game. He started in 11 of 68 games for Minnesota.
Last month it was reported that the Lakers are interested in the player.
