Tyler Herro was listed as out in Game 2 of the 2023 NBA Finals against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday, but he can still be activated by the Miami Heat based on the league rules, per Miami Herald’s Barry Jackson.

Herro was seen within the court doing practices alongside his teammates. His return remains up in the air, with previous reports noting that he is on the verge of a comeback sometime in the title series from his broken right hand recovery.

Herro notably broke his hand during the Heat’s first-round series opener against the Milwaukee Bucks. He went on to undergo a necessary surgery to address it and he took six weeks to ultimately recover.

Meanwhile, Caleb Martin was listed as questionable in Game 2 because of an illness. He missed the team’s Saturday session.
