LeBron James is playing his 20th season in the NBA, but he does not look like a 38-year-old neither physically, nor mentally.

After Game 6 of the first round series between the Lakers and Grizzlies, the four-time NBA champion was asked what helps him stay young.

“As I get older, I play with much younger guys. I think my sons keep me young,” he said. “I use it before games, I watch a lot of film on the opponent.

“My son Bryce actually had an AAU game EYBL game in Phoenix tonight, so up until probably 45 minutes on the clock I was watching his game and watching him going out there and performing and seeing him play that kind of inspired me. It kept me young tonight.”
