Free agent big man and NBA veteran Greg Monroe has signed with the Puerto Rican club Osos de Manatí, the team announced via Instagram.

Monroe, who was drafted as the seventh overall pick of the 2010 Draft by the Detroit Pistons, spent 10 seasons in the NBA. He has a career average of 13.0 points, 8.2 boards, 2.1 assists and 1.1 steals in 51.4 percent shooting across 646 total games played.

The center appeared last season suiting up for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Milwaukee Bucks, Washington Wizards and Utah Jazz in various 10-day deals. He went on to be signed by the Timberwolves for the remainder of the 2021-22.

Monroe recently parted ways with Chinese club Shanxi Loongs last January. He averaged 11.7 points and 5.0 boards for them in 10 games.
