After clearing waivers, Kevin Love is set to sign with the Heat where he hopes to get a more significant role, reports NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski.
The 2016 NBA champion was not satisfied with the role that he had on the Cavaliers and both parties reached an agreement to part ways. The Cavs honored Love by retiring his jersey.
This season Love has averaged 8.5 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 20 minutes per game for Cleveland.
