The Boston Celtics guard Derrick White talked to the media following Boston’s win over the Charlotte Hornets 127-116 in their first game after the trade deadline.
Boston was without three starters, with Jaylen Brown recently sidelined with a maxillary facial fracture. Jayson Tatum scored 41 points.
Derrick White spoke on his career performance, as he dropped a career-high 33 points on 8-of-14 shooting from beyond the arc. He also had 10 assists.
“When you’re in the zone it feels good and you just try to hit every shot,” White said.
