After spending a year with the Knicks, Cam Reddish was traded to the Trail Blazers. The 23-year-old small forward saw limited playing time since arriving in New York via a trade from the Hawks last year.

This season was season was similar for him as Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau benched for the major part of the year. Speaking about his former player, the coach said he had no problem with him.

“I don’t know if it didn’t work,” Thibodeau said, per Fred Katz of The Athletic. “I just think there were some good moments, some moments that probably could’ve been better and that’s part of the league. Sometimes you need a change. Overall, I didn’t have any problems with Cam. We wish him well, and same thing with Arch and Svi.”

Reddish averaged 8.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1 assist in 21.9 minutes over 20 games for the Knicks this season.
