The Bucks have been struggling as of late, going 3-6 in their last 9 games. At the same time less and less journalists started to attend Milwaukee’s press conferences.
Giannis Antetokounmpo noticed that and made a joke about it. “I lose a few games. Only the real ones are here,” he said.
“Thank you guys, all three of you guys being here and the camera crew. It’s always great to see how many people support the Bucks through the ups and downs. It’s great.
“I hope it’s this many people also when we win a championship.”
This season Antetokounmpo is averaging 32 points, 11.8 rebounds and 5.2 assists in 33.6 minutes per game.
