The NBA has handed a $25,000 fine on Atlanta Hawks swingman Bogdan Bogdanovic for kicking the ball in the stands.
The incident occurred at the end of the Hawks’ 108-107 Tuesday loss against the Brooklyn Nets, wherein Bogdanovic kicked the ball out of frustration when his club was narrowly defeated upon Dejounte Murray’s missed three-pointer that could have sealed the win.
This season, Bogdanovic is averaging 17.4 points, 3.8 boards, and 2.2 assists in 43.9 percent shooting for the Hawks.
