Efes Pislen released three of four Americans that refused to travel to Belgrade. Andre Hutson was fined and will stay at the club while Loren Woods, Drew Nicholas and Rashad Wright will have to look for a new club. Nicholas was the top scorer for Efes Pilsen in Euroleague averaging 15.8 points per game in regular season. In Top 16 scoring increased to 20.5ppg.
Woods had 8.4ppg in regular season and 5.5ppg in Top 16. Rashad Wright's stats are even less impressive – 4.1ppg in regular season and 0 in Top 16.
