Former San Antonio Spurs performance psychologist Dr. Hillary Cauthenm, who accused former Spur Joshua Primo of exposing himself to her nine times during private sessions, has dropped the lawsuit against Primo in Bexar County.
“The parties have agreed to resolve the matter,” Cauthen’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, told KSAT in an email on Nov. 17.
