Josh Primo reportedly exposed his penis to Hillary Cauthen

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee stated that former Spurs player Josh Primo exposed himself to Dr. Hillary Cauthen during nearly their first session in December 2021.

According to Buzbee, the 19-year-old athlete allegedly repeated this behavior during a trip to Las Vegas in July and once more in Minnesota the weekend prior to his release from the Spurs.

These allegations form the basis of the lawsuit filed by Dr. Cauthen, highlighting serious concerns regarding Primo’s conduct during their private therapy sessions.
