Recently CJ McCollum committed his future to the Pelicans after signing a two-year contract with the team. The 31-year-old shooting has always been high-volume scoring, but he will have to share the ball with Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson who also score lots of points.

According to McCollum, his experience playing for many years with Damian Lillard will help him find a balance between scoring and passing.

“I played with a guy who scored 50 more times than Allen Iverson. I know how to share the ball. I know how to let somebody go when they’re in a rhythm, in a groove. I’m comfortable doing whatever it takes to win,” he said, per Christian Clark.

Last season McCollum averaged 22.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists in 34.6 minutes per game.
