According to Sportando, Helsinki Seagulls agreed to terms with small forward Jeffrey Carroll. The American player spent the last several seasons in Italy with Treviso, Eurobasket Roma, and Forlì.
After going undrafted in the 2018 NBA Draft, Carroll joined the Los Angeles Lakers for the 2018 NBA Summer League, averaging 4.2 points and 2.0 rebounds per game.
On July 19, 2018, he signed with the Lakers. On October 8, 2018, Carroll was waived by the team.
