Pallacanestro Trieste announced the team has signed big man Phil Fayne who went undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft. American player inks a two-year deal in Italy. Last season, Fayne averaged 8.8 points and 4.7 rebounds in BBL with Giessen 46ers.
