The Joel Embiid-led Philadelphia 76ers beat the Toronto Raptors 112-97 on Monday night for a 2-0 lead in the first-round series, via ESPN.
The Raptors trailed by 27 points but showed some life in the fourth cutting it to 11 until Tyrese Maxey buried a 3 that got the Sixers rolling again.
OG Anunoby led Toronto with 26 points (on 10-14 shooting). Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet each had 20.
After the game, the Raptors star guard Fred VanVleet reflected on the team’s mood following another lopsided playoff loss to the Sixers.
