Last summer Carmelo Anthony teamed up with his old friend LeBron James for the first time in the NBA with hopes of winning his first championship.
Following Los Angeles’ loss against the Suns it is clear that it will not happen this year as the Lakers were eliminated from the postseason.
Naturally, the question on whether the roster will be the same next year was asked of Melo. “It’s too soon for that,” he said, per Harrison Faigen.
“It’s hard to think like that when you still have games going on… I think that would be selfish for anybody to do that.”
