Lance Stephenson is set to stay again in Indianapolis – the place that he will always consider as his home.

Per Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, the veteran swingman and the Indiana Pacers agreed on a full contract for the remainder of the 2021-2022 campaign.

Fresh from previous stints in the NBA G League and Atlanta Hawks last year, Stephenson made a reunion with the Pacers in January after the franchise experienced a roster depletion due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Rumors about Pacers committing with Stephenson for the rest of the season were already swirling from the past few days, wherein NBA insider Marc Stein noted that the 31-year-old cager captured the admiration of head coach Rick Carlisle due to his enthusiastic plays.

Through 17 games and four-straight 10-day contracts representing Indiana, Stephenson recorded an average of 9.4 points and 4.2 assists.
