Lakers superstar LeBron James made back-to-back interceptions in the fourth quarter against the Nets and converted both possessions into dunks on the other end.

These two plays by the four-time NBA champion helped the purple and gold extend their lead to 15 points with 7 minutes left to play in the final period.

After the game James was asked about his back-to-back interceptions. LeBron referred to a former NFL star Ed Reed when answering the question.

“Just kind of channelling my inner Ed Reed at that point in time,” he said. “Kind of playing playing the passing lanes and seeing direction of the ball but just trying to be at the right place and protecting my teammates right here in coverage in doing some things we were doing defensively. I was to pick six two of them in a row.”
