The Los Angeles Lakers had their three-game winning streak snapped by the Minnesota Timberwolves, as they were beaten by 18 points (92-110).

The purple and gold were missing players, due to health and safety protocols, and had their superstar Anthony Davis play just 20 minutes because of a knee injury. The Timberwolves, for their part, were without their star Anthony Edwards.

After the game, Lakers head coach Frank Vogel was asked to talk about handling the lineups with a number of players being out. “Not good enough. We lost by 18. We didn’t have enough to win the game, we didn’t play well enough… they had 15 offensive rebounds, we had one,” he said.
