The Knicks victory over Atlanta will go down in history but could also cause problems for Tom Thibodeau. In fact, the New York coach will have to decide which point guard to bet on in the next match against the Nets.
Alec Burks was, in fact, the best in the match against the Hawks. Kemba Walker took a day off for knee problems, but Burks managed to keep him from regretting. Burks and Walker are two very different players. Burks has a very low profile, Walker is instead a former All-Star received almost like a god upon his arrival at the Knicks.
Thibodeau could still trust Burks against the Nets and this could prove to be a sensational choice to say the least.
