The Brooklyn Nets are playing without one the team’s stars Kyrie Irving, who has been suspended for refusing to take the Covid-19 vaccine.
Despite missing Irving, the Nets find themselves atop the Eastern Conference with 12 wins and 5 defeats. Brooklyn head coach Steve Nash shared his thoughts on how his team coped with not having their star point guard.
“We started our training camp with Kyrie and kind of a clear continuity path from last year and then we had to change of lot of things so now we do have to explore how we can come together, find commonality, find ways to to be efficient and effective,” Nash said after Nets’ win over the Magic, via Dave Early.
