The Los Angeles Lakers are now 8-8 in regular season games after losing to the Milwaukee Bucks to start their five-game road trip.

Head coach Frank Vogel saw many positive things from his team in this game, despite the loss. One thing he was disappointed with was the referees’ calls, more specifically Anthony Davis not getting any free-throw attempts.

“Disappointed that we didn’t pull it out. Disappointed in some of the calls we got but that’s to be expected down the stretch,” Vogel said postgame. “Anthony Davis getting zero free-throw attempts is something that’s a little mind boggling. We’ll continue to communicate with the league on that. But overall a lot of positives.”

Davis finished the game with 18 points and 9 rebounds in 37 minutes of play.
