The game against the Chicago Bulls ended earlier than expected for Anthony Davis, as he was ejected after getting his second technical foul with 2:20 left to play in the third quarter with the Los Angeles Lakers being down by 20 points.

Apparently, the 28-year-old forward was mad at the referee who started the play while Davis was trying to put the shoe on. Lakers head coach Frank Vogel addressed the situation in a postgame press conference.

“I think typically the ref will wipe the ball, let the guy get his shoe on, have some common sense,” he said. “Quick inbounds. AD said that’s BS, which happens about 15 times in the NBA every game. Quick tech, ejection. I don’t know what to say about that.”
