Anthony Davis didn’t like what he saw in the Lakers blowout loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night (107-83).
Davis, who was the top scorer of the Lakers with 22 points, called the loss to the Wolves ’embarrassing’. He also noted the Lakers will not claim the title if they keep playing that way.
According to Anthony Davis, the Lakers will need to care more and show more effort in the following games. Following the loss, the 17-time champions dropped to 7-6, whereas Minnesota improved to 4-7.
